Welcome to Sisters in Step
Sisters in Step (SIS) is a unique series of life coaching and mentoring processes to enable christian women to engage in personal vision casting and strategic life planning around faith-based insights.
Each participant experiences the benefits of personal life coaching to discover her God-given passion, purpose, dreams and destiny - without the personal life coach price tag and with the benefits of joining other christian women seeking to do the same. SIS is designed in three separate process phases that build on each other.
SIS is designed in three separate process phases that build on each other; they are: Personal Discovery and Vision, Strategic Mission Planning, and Legacy Growth and Leadership. Each phase is built around the "cord of three" strategy (Ecclesiastes) so that participants are aligned in 3-person co-mentoring relationships for each 10-week phase.
